All of our products are made to order, which means we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or delayed delivery.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to send you a free replacement. To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ctrlaltfeel.com and include a photo of the issue along with your order number.
We do not accept returns, and customers are not required to ship items back. All replacement requests are processed through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
